Meet Mary

Mary B Seger is a Nurse Practitioner with a PhD in Natural Health, a Doctorate in Naturopathy and a Fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine through A4M.  She has practiced Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine for over 30 years and has been in health care for the majority of her life.  Mary is trained as an herbalist and in Ayurvedic Medicine.  She is a certified Perfect Health instructor through the Chopra Center.

She loves helping people move towards health, be it in finding joy in their lives, living a healthy lifestyle or in connecting with nature in the use of herbal remedies. 

Mary has recently retired and is reveling in Inviting Joy into her life, living the Five Es and playing with herbs.  She is the author of Invite Joy into Your Life, and Joy! Cards. Mary has developed and presented programs on Joy, Women’s Health, Healthy Living, and Herbal Remedies to Health Care Professionals and the general public.  She offers Joy Mentoring and leads seekers on The Nature Pilgrimage in Boyne City MI.
